Reopened Issue: Issue: Add New Item for Custom Actions not working [5724]

I'm having problems using the template for a Custom Action. Steps that cause the issue:1. Right-click project name2. Click Add, New Item3. Choose Custom Action (CKSDev)4. Type name and click Add5. Enter name of feature in dialog that appears and click Next Either on step 4 or 5 any dialogs on the screen will disappear and nothing will happen. The Basic Site Page (CKSDev) template appears to work. Nothing shows up in the Output window for SharePoint Tools. Attempts to resolve:- uninstall and reinstall CKS Dev- use different Visual Studio solution Any ideas?
